These speakers are so all day listenable that when they left my home after this review my ears missed their smoothness and gentle ways. […] My time with the Concentus CTR 2 was a gift as it were. In life sometimes you find love, sometimes you ‘lose’ that love. For it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. And that, my friends, is what sums up my feelings for these loudspeakers. […] Front and rear dept, soundscape and full enveloping of music is found here. Add in the brilliance of Italian midrange and super smooth highs plus extremely deep bass and the Nightingale Concentus CTR 2 is what you get…

I absolutely adore the sound of this made in Italy amp! It enveloped me, made me sit and listen and constantly interrupt my listening with exclamations like, “Holy moley,” “Oh my …,” “Incredible!” I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to listen to CDs or LPs. ME, ME!!! Everything I put onto my tables, every CD I played, unless it was horrible, it was beautiful. I really do believe that CD an LP playback are apples to oranges, but I really love LPs, I have an immense selection of LPs and therefore LP sound is important. Heck, so is CD sound, of course. […] If you want beauty in your living room, looks and sound, the Nightingale does just that. Fewer wires, fewer boxes. Drop dead gorgeous looks and sound, what more could anyone ask to have?

I love this reviewing thing…I get paid millions of dollars and manufacturers give me the equipment for free so I can have a superb system in every room. I admit it’s a bit hard on my marriage because of all the beautiful women who throw themselves at me, admiring my fancy cars and houses and the gorgeous music emanating from the cabana beside the Olympic sized swimming pool, for it, too has a wonderful system. My wife doesn’t mind because of the diamonds and emeralds and rubies those manufacturers bring to appease her. They know a reviewer’s life can be trying and difficult for a wife, even if one’s wife looks like Jessica Alba…

I love Italian food, cars, clothes, shoes, composers, art, wine, tenors, architecture and Sophia Loren, to name just a few. Italian tube amplifiers? That remains to be seen – or read in this case […] Armonia is without doubt a female. Think Sophia Loren. She’s beautiful in a classy, elegant vogue, always demure and attractive but never trashy or common. She’s a diva but without false pretense or immodesty. She never shops for clothes at Walmart, but doesn’t mind an occasional trip to Home Depot for house goods. Elite but not aloof. Definitely, the type of girl you’d be proud to meet your parents…
